Very grateful with the service provided, we were 4 nights staying with my elderly parents, they made us feel at home, on each floor were available infusions, breakfast was included, the rooms were impeccable, in their attention super friendly and attentive in everything. I recommend it to people looking for a good service at a reasonable price. We also took the tour services, excellent service, with certified guides. It is a great place, with a beautiful terrace with incredible views of the city of Cusco. I liked it a lot on rainy days I went up to the terrace and I could see the mountains with rain the Cusco sky transforming from blue to gray and then back to blue, it was a beautiful experience, I recommend it! The attention of the staff: Shirley, Raquel and Elis was of great help to make my tours to Machu Picchu in a safe and quiet way. Around the area where it is located, there are restaurants and many stores as well as pharmacies and a cell phone store…..

I love it

From the moment you arrive you breathe good energy. All the staff is friendly and helpful.
My room had a balcony and a view of the city. The shower water was hot and the daily breakfast is buffet style, so you can eat whatever you want. They also have a mate de coca tea always available in the hotel lobby. I highly recommend this hotel!

Wonderful stay

It was a very cozy place, excellent breakfast and the attention was level 1.Friendly staff, rich breakfast and only 15 min walk from the main square, has a spectacular view from the terrace.

Excellent Hotel

FROM THE AIRPORT

When you arrive at the airport in Cusco, we recommend you use the cab service associated with our hotel to travel to our establishment and arrive safely to your destination in the city. Cabs in Cusco are a convenient and affordable option due to the size of the city. However, it is important to take some precautions to ensure a positive experience:

1.When boarding the cab, be sure to mention that you have a reservation at our hotel, Cozy Room Cusco, located at Calle San Jose N° 100 / Santiago / Cusco. This way, you will avoid any attempt to take you to other hotels with which the cab driver may have commission agreements.

2.Before starting the trip, it is advisable to agree on the fare with the cab driver to avoid surprises or excessive fares. The appropriate fare for the trip from the airport to our hotel should not exceed S/. 25 (approximately US$7.5).
